As with all my photos my main purpose is to capture the personality of my subject.
I do prefer to shoot outdoors when appropriate because the lighting is naturally better and the background opportunities are limitless.

Digital Imaging is something that is essential to certain types of portraits. When a look of flawlessness is important (a bride, for instance) I am able to remove blemishes or imperfections with digital imaging.
